I had an appointment scheduled for 4pm today with counselor Carla Cavazos. She reached out beforehand asking if I was still going to show up since I hadn’t confirmed. I explained I must have overlooked the confirmation, but yes, I was still planning to come. I found Megan after what felt like an eternity of internet searches and dead ends - it's been one session, but that is the most crucial "make or break" Appointment of the whole process...she blew me away! So personable, warm, and gentle. Her office building and the location as a whole is gorgeous, her actual personal room is equally comfortable and inviting.
