Absolutely crazy how this company refuses to contact owners directly on interior repairs to a condo unit. It is correct that the unit owner of a condo has no say on the OUTSIDE of the unit but anything requiring INSIDE - how do you not have project or account coordinators whose job it is to talk to and coordinate with the unit owners?
