I went for the first time today and had an excellent experience. I went in for a beard trim of my unruly beard and a clean up of my handlebar mustache, and have Ibrahim (apologies on the spelling of its wrong!). He did an EXCELLENT job, it's the best styling anyone in multiple major cities has ever done on my facial hair. Taylor & Colt just earned a lifetime customer today.
I slept on my experience at Taylor & Colt and decided I had to give this place 1 star. Off the bat, I walk in and nobody was friendly at all, they coldly told me to sit and wait for my hair stylist, Sandra, who showed up late to my noon appointment. After about 5-10mins of setup, she told me she was ready but didn't say hi or act friendly in any way, didn't even say her name or ask how I was doing. Ibrahim was my barber and he gave me a great haircut and beard trim. I did not know what hair style I wanted so he gave me some suggestions and showed me so photos and we decided on one. I’m very happy he took the time to do that. Highly recommended!
Ibrahim was absolutely incredible. Cannot recommend this place enough! Amazing cut, I will be back 100%.
