Since it takes 3 hours to flush brake and transmission fluid (2019 Chev Bolt), TC (Taylor Chevrolet) drove my wife and I to the nearby Rexburg Temple so we can do some sessions. Then TC picked us up! That was nice. I was serviced by the very friendly "Jose". When I came back to pick up the car another tech said "Jose is busy but I'm Hose B. May I help you?" I just cracked up.
Very satisfied.
Jose was excellent, didn’t make any promises he couldn’t keep and was straightforward with what I might expect but ended up going above and beyond with the outcome
