DON'T GO HERE FOR K-TIPS!!! I paid $1800+ for k-tips early Oct 2024. My hair started falling out the end of October to early Nov. That's within one month of installation. (They are supposed to last up to 6 months). I reached out to her ASAP. I wasn't even looking for my money back. I just wanted it removed and hopefully a credit towards something else. She is an Angel. Her work is amazing but her heart (putting up with me ) is Godly and her patience is immeasurable. I was probably the worst indecisive, micro aggressive, know it all client she probably ever encountered. After trusting the process I left saying these words exactly “I love you, I love my hair “. ❤️
