They were easy to work with and were fast to come out to fix install issues with the carpet not being tight and an installer put a hold in a door that they reimbursed me for. It's been four years and carpet in almost every room has bubbled up from what I assume is not being tight in the first place. Never had this issue before.
They were very helpful and friendly. Good selection m prices.

Our military son surprised us by coming home early & we had only days to get carpet in a guest room we were remodeling. Not only did they accommodate our rushed installation; they were able to install new carpet in an additional room & on our stairs. They also told us our carpet was on sale, which we never would have never known, then called us after installation to tell us they accidentally left off our discount & had a check ready for us. Very honest company & excellent customer service.
