I saw Dr. Taylor today for the first time, She thoroughly reviewed my blood results and listened well to my issues. My appointment was not on time, aprox 20 minutes late, however, it was worth waiting. Dr. Taylor is 100% genuine, asks the right questions, found and reviewed my data from past tests to do comparisons. She explained things clearly, and I never felt rushed during our visit. I highly recommend her.
She is very quick to say NO to any of my requests.
Doctor Taylor's care and compassion are non-pareil. I'm a senior and have been her patient for over a decade; I had been through quite a few primary care physicians, so I know how most doctors operate. Women my age are often diagnosed quickly with dismissive, cookie-cutter presumptions. Not with Dr Taylor--I knew from the first visit that I had found my forever favorite primary care physician. I have been a patient for over 10 years with her and I noticed for the past 5 years she doesn't look up from her laptop.She complained when I told her I had three ailments. She told me she treat me for one. She is rude at times. Not to mention I am being billed for a machine I did not even take out of the box, If she was truly monitoring it she would've know that.
Maybe my review won’t mean anything however I used to work with Dr. Taylor at Horizon family medical group in Chester, NY. During my very short time there I felt uncomfortable and bullied especially by her. She treated me as if I were dumb or stupid because I didn’t know certain medical terminology and lingo the way she would. I’m sorry I don’t have a Doctorate but please do better to treat your patients and your staff a little better. You’re not better than anyone just because you drive a Mercedes.
