Because of their positive ratings, I decided to use this firm, and I was quite satisfied. The considerable water damage and mold in my bathroom were expertly treated by Carl and his crew. They do great work and are meticulous and tidy. I would suggest using their services!

I called Taylor Black Hous Development And Mold Removal and they had someone there within two hours; their team communicated well and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend these people for any job!!! Thank you so much!!
Excellent client support! After a water leak, Stephen arrived at our house very quickly, and Benny and his crew worked late into the night to clean up our crawl space. I'm really happy with how fast they reacted to my request for restoration work so I could have my plumbing fixed.

I had an excellent experience using Craig from Taylor Black Housing Development and Mold Removal in Pennsylvania to evaluate an older house I was about to buy. Throughout the entire inspection, he was kind, thorough, provided guidance and insight, and answered questions. I had to cancel that transaction in the end, and I will absolutely use Craig for my next inspection.
