This has got to be one of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with. Started off good, they seemed helpful until the process was over that's when all the red flags came up. So they talked a good game to entice me to use them (over the phone) I was given a discount to get my ein#. I have been eyeing a couple of their knives on Amazon for just over a year now, a couple days ago I was browsing Amazon and saw the knives at a decent sale price so I made my purchases. The following day I had an email informing me that my orders had been canceled due to a pricing error, that's bs and bad customer relations.
