We have made two condo purchases utilizing Taylor and her services. Taylor is very familiar with the island and what areas are desired for a successful STR. She provided guidance on pricing as well as ensuring everything went smooth all the way through closing. I would definitely recommend Taylor to others and looking forward to working with her again on future projects.

Where to start…After reading her reviews, it is no surprise that the feedback is as glowing as she is. I officially met Taylor while interviewing agents prior to the completion of my renovation project. Working with Taylor is a great experience. Not only has she helped us find our home, she was instrumental in selling our old one even though she was not the listing agent. She is great at alleviating stress and knows the market well. We cannot speak highly enough about her. We were under time pressure and she repeatedly held open houses to market the house.
