A little condescending, other than that, the visit was seamless.
Absolutely life changing! Suffering from RLS for 20+ years and couldn’t get my regular physician who had been treating me to understand I need more help. Requested to see a neurologist and Dr Bear changed my prescription to 3 times daily (was only taking at night) and updated the dosage a little. The first time I come to this office has been years ago. I was having severe migraine headaches. Dr. Trevor treated me then Was able to get me on the medicine that helped me. I now see Dr. Jodi Rose. Is she a so wonderful doctor, Kind, caring and compassionate toward her patience. She has helped me tremendously. Thank you, Bradley Neurology for being there for me in my time of need.
Terrible bedside manner… Nurses do not call back within a shift for necessary care.
I was the 1st patient of the day, was 6 min late; I called ahead and they said they would have to fit me in. An hour later, still sitting in waiting room, with all other patient names called ahead of me. I live an hour away, and still didn’t get to see doctor b/c I had to go to work. I was a new patient, and have had no interaction with the doctor, so I would say this is an office practice issue.
