Terrible service don’t do it because he takes too long because he’s overworked and he has too many clients because they’re a revolving door over there. Not happy with the service at all. Hire some people to help.
Dr. Bear has been the best doctor I have seen since starting this journey with my trimmers. He takes the time to listen, explains the options and in my case, sends me to the best doctors on referrals. Yes the wait times for appointments can be long, but I don’t feel like I’m being rushed through my appointments. The nurses get back to me quickly when I have questions.
Doesn’t deserve a star. My dad (who is over 80) waited over 8 months for an appointment and after he drove 3 hours just to make his appointment the front desk said they wouldn’t see him bc they never received his paperwork he was supposed to fill out in the mail. Ok yes, he was supposed mail in the paperwork in they mailed after filling out, however he is 80% deaf and didn’t understand that’s what he was supposed to do. Took me three most to get an appt. Paperwork which arrived prior to visit has another doc listed. No that is not satisfactory. Hard enough to get there just to get appt.
They are the best, all the office help! Dr Bear is so understanding & helps with whatever the problem is. I would recommend him!!
