Not recommended Well previously they were a thriving mortgage company. Unfortunately they have gone under and left many of their customers in the dark as to where they are going to pay their next mortgage. I hope the transition to the new mortgage company works out for everyone.
Taylor Bean & Whitaker is horrible they are very hard to work with, you can never get anyone on the phone. they even keep you on hold for 30 minutes then hang up on you!! we are so fed up with them!
