this company has the best customer service in their tow truck driver Lawrence. He is phenomenal with his customers. Thank you so much Lawrence.
Today we needed a tow to a local auto body shop, and John came to the rescue! The process was initiated through AAA and was completed much quicker than we expected. They provided professional, friendly, and speedy service. We truly appreciate his help and the excellent experience!
Mike was fantastic! 10/10 recommend! We called AAA, and they dispatched Taylor Automotive and Towing. Mike arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed our battery issue, and had us back on the road in no time. He was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. Thank you Mike for making a stressful situation so easy!
Onstar got us in contact with Taylor Towing and within 30 minutes they were taking care of my catastrophe, in time to get to the only open tire place that was closing soon. Clean cab & technician was kind!
