We bought a vehicle from Taylor Motor Sales and Ayman was the one who helped us out, he’s an extremely nice and patient guy, listened to our needs and matched a perfect car for us, he updated us along the way with pictures and even let us test drive it, overall very happy with the smooth buying experience.
I look for differential fluid for my 2010 tacoma. Firstly was not happy with the inexperience part guy at the front desk, even though i politely asked for help but he can't find the fluid or didn't want to do so. Asking me to wait for few weeks with extremely hight price. I asked to meet manager and David came out, he understood situation right away and solved my problem. Thank you David, we need more people like you at Toyota.
I had a horrible service from Taylor Toyota. I give my car for first servicing I told them there is some issue might be on my left side rear tire but they didnot even check it . Next day after my first service again my tire pressure light on . Only thing I found from my first service that they donot do things properly .
