When you contact the dealership in the morning to see if the vehicle is for sale, then upon arrival being told it was sold a week ago. How embarrassing Taylor Ford.
Horrible! I made an appointment to see a specific vehicle, and was spammed with emails and AI texts, yet they failed to mention the vehicle I made the appointment to see today had been sold yesterday! The similar vehicle I was shown was so dirty I didnt even want to sit in it. I questioned the manager about why I wasn't informed of the sale, when I was sent at least 15 other redundant messages. All I can say don’t buy a vehicle from these guys negative experience all around lies and lies that’s all they did these guys have no morals
Jackasses that imply you’re shiesty without even looking into a deal, worked in automotive for 3 years never encountered more monotone shut down deal men in my life. Glad I’m sticking with my Nova Scotian dealers and I’m getting my trade in & ram without being implied to be a liar about the trade I have :)
