A bunch of incompetent people and no common sense. They have the part available there when I brought my car, they want to wait for the appointment date 6mos later, order the part a month before only to end up part being in back order, almost 2yrs now and still no eta, they asked to leave the car for over a month during the winter causing the battery to degrade that it needs replacing. I will never get my car serviced there ever!
I needed a new windshield for my Lexus SUV. When I called they said that they have been taking a long time to come in. After 3 months I called again. Still no arrival date. But now they tell me I could install an aftermarket windshield. Would arrive in a few days however their autobody is booked to mid October fixing hail damage.
