I am not impress at all . With this Auto body shop . Being that who ever they have there that orders the parts, lied about where there getting the engine from for my car. The only reason i had the car taken over there after what happen to it. Because the Manger from Craftsman Collision told me to have the car taken to them.After i told him what happen to it, I only Bought , my car back in may. But had it in Craftsman shop 3 times to repair it for me because of Vandalism Claims. The repairs they had to do on it .They done the... read more

I had to bring in my vehicle due to an accident. Overall, the service was great—especially from the front counter staff and the technicians, who were very professional. Although it took over six months to get my car repaired, I later noticed a scratch on the trunk that wasn’t there before the accident.
