I have had nothing but a positive experience in purchasing a brand new car from Taylor Audi! Jackson and Craig were very fair with the original purchase price, and the worst part was waiting for the car to be built and shipped! There were some technical glitches initially, which were resolved in a week or so, and Jackson made a house call to finish setting everything up! On behalf of my spouse just wanted to give a shout out to the service at Taylor Audi! He bought an CPO Audi RS5 out of Ontario, but when it arrived, it ran into issues in less than 200km driven. Even though it wasn't their sale, Taylor Audi stepped up to help him resolve everything with the Ontario store. They documented the damage with photos and contacted the other dealership directly so he didn't have to fight the battle alone.
