Great experience and hospitality at Taylor Audi. Passing through with a Tesla MYP, which this dealership generously advertises online as a free charging station. Went inside to use facilities, thanked gentleman for making it available, and was served up with coffee and water. With no sale potential.
The service is amazing . They did my maintenance even though I give a very short notice. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable
Well, I took the plunge. A new car. I never considered an Audi to be honest as a vehicle for me until my son starting working there, and purchased one himself. His car is a 2011 and it honestly ran better than the newer vehicle I had. I was in the market, and was fortunate that the right wonderful vehicle fell into my lap. Just wanting to give a huge thank you to the service team at Taylor Audi. Amanda was absolutely amazing in helping me sort out a “no start” situation on my daughter’s 2010 Q5. She was super patient with me as I tried to roll through options in how to take care of the situation. She was professional, caring and on the ball.
