During my last major AudiCare service, several things that used to be standard just weren’t done. No complimentary wash, no cleaning of the front mats, and no fluid top-ups — all things that had always been taken care of in the past. I am not sure if this is a new protocol or if this just got missed, but either way, it was a bit of a disappointment to see that they weren’t taken care of.
