Well, I took the plunge. A new car. I never considered an Audi to be honest as a vehicle for me until my son starting working there, and purchased one himself. Just wanting to give a huge thank you to the service team at Taylor Audi. Amanda was absolutely amazing in helping me sort out a “no start” situation on my daughter’s 2010 Q5. She was super patient with me as I tried to roll through options in how to take care of the situation. She was professional, caring and on the ball.
