I have never met any Lawyers and I only get to speak to billing clerk. No updates or follow ups and it is going on a year! Very unprofessional!
Everything that I read on the negative side of theses reviews is exactly what I am currently experiencing. When I call, I have to leave a message, to still not have my calls returned. My case is now two years old now and was told after my deposition 3 months ago it would be around 30 days to settle. I'm made to feel like my case not important and have spent much of my own money for travel to deposition. My injuries have put me in poor house and hard to sustain steady income. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!! TOTALLY INCOMPETENT,RUDE, AND DECEITFUL ("law group"). ALMOST RUINED MY LIFE. PAM MY "paralegal" LIED SO MANY TIMES I LOST COUNT.. AFTER OVER ALMOST 2 YEARS . FIRED TAYLOR AND HIRE A REAL LAW FIRM... AND SETTLED MY CASE IN A TIMELY MANNER..btw.. THEY CAUGHT MY ON MY 1ST DAY OF PHYSICAL THERAPY.. THEY HAD A OFFICE IN THE PT CLINIC...
