If I could give them negative stars, I would. An inconsistent and ever changing crew that couldn’t care less about the service they provide. They might spend 10 minutes every other week in a super small yard that we pay over 200 a month for them to do nothing. We have large beds that they don’t clean, bushes they consistently “forget” to trim, and then blow the leaves that drop INTO the beds so I have to clean them out. Tried for over a month to get an estimate for them to completely revamp/update my front yard. Very disappointed in the total lack of response. Not a great way to do business.
Taylor Anthony has been my all encompassing lawn service for over 4 years. They are trying to give me a good lawn and i appreciate that. They are very responsive to my questions and quick to act to try and do what I hope will be the best lawn on my street. Though we aren't quite there yet, I am sure they will try their best!
Have been using Taylor Anthony for several years and highly recommend. They do my lawn and yard maintenance, weed and feed service, sprinklers. I’ve used them for big and small projects. Great outfit.
