I am a landlord and Chris is my go-to repair guy for most things. He does great work, has reasonable rates, and gets a project done in a timely manner. I recommend Taylor and Sons for any home repair or home project!
Chris Taylor Sons has done a lot of work for me. Replaced my kitchen floor and repaired the broken wood under the floor. Rebuilt my front steps after a truck wheel and tire destroyed it. He replaced my bathroom flooring with tile. He blocked up a basement window so I didn't need to replace the glass again. You can't even tell there was a window there. He's cleaned my gutters a few times. He is always prompt, courteous. An ALL AROUND GOOD GUY!!! I would recommend him for all repairs.
Forgot appointment time and called an hour later to say oops Never got an estimate on work.
