A/C crapped out Saturday on long weekend. Called Taylor a/c and left message. They called back couple of hours later, said they could have couple guys out to take a look Tuesday morning (today) between 11am and 1pm. Couple of reprobates showed up, laughing and joking with each other, great couple of guys, the kind of guys you could sit down and have a beer with, the work seemed secondary as they knew exactly what they were doing. Taylor Air Conditioning and Heating was contracted out by 2-10 home warranty. They did an excellent job on a very old hvac system and went above and beyond to fix my system.
The first thing I can say is that I feel like I made two new friends. The second is I would highly recommend Taylor Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone who needs honest, hard working, and competent guys. If I could raise my star rating to 10 stars, I would!! We have a 18 year old system that, in my opinion, was neglected. After the first issue last year was fixed, I have 2 unrelated issues come up.
