I have been a patient of Dr Childress for many years, she always made me feel as though she cares. As of now since I’m pregnant I feel as if her nor her staff actually gives a damn. I have been having issues as a patient I reach out but I seem to get the driest answers. I’m having issues where a regular nurse would inform the doctor and the doctor would say come in for a visit. I have seen Dr Childress for the last several years. She is always so friendly and kind! She takes the time to explain things to me and makes me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend her as an OBGYN.
Dr. Childress is great, the 1 star is for her front desk staff. They are completely rude and insensitive to the patients especially the supervisor Kaylyn Crosby & Jodi ! They don’t even deserve the 1 star!!! Baton Rouge General need to consider keeping them as employees!! Here we are 3 months later & I’m still haven’t been seen. Best OB ever I will recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great doctor.
Wish they were easier to reach. Waited almost two months to be seen with having pain almost daily. I get it I’m a new patient. But then I get a voicemail I need to reschedule cause doctor will be out. They never answer despite me calling and leaving voicemails. It’s frustrating trying to be seen as a new patient
