Dr does not listen or care about you or your problems. Said nothing was shown on an X-ray and when I questioned why our PCP said there was back deterioration, he just said yeah I see that but it’s not that bad. Horrible bedside manner and terrible listening skills.
I went to Dr. Vilceuse couple of times while she was practicing at Santa Rosa Medical Center in 2018 and was truly satisfied with her performance. She took care of my problems in best manner in both medical and personal standpoint. Sadly, I discovered that she moved away and no longer can be my GYN doctor. I really miss her and not looking forward to search for another one...
worst experience ever!!! put wrong diagnosis and gave antibiotics to a kid who was only 3 years old!! and charge for this unprofessional behavior !
When it came time to delivery and preparing for delivery she did not help me prepare or let me know her process. I had to ask every little thing otherwise iI would have walked in and she would have said it's everything okay?... then just walk out if i said yes. Thank God i had things written down. If you don't ask she isn't going to tell or explain anything. Her staff does not talk. They take your blood pressure and sit you in a room. The worst part. Failure to Diagnose large gallstone in the ER, and the infection from the blockage. Stay away from North Okaloosa Medical Center's ER, and this doctor. Check The ER's reviews, and you'll see why driving elsewhere could save you or a loved one! Dr Alshazley dosed my husband up on morphine, then discharged him without properly diagnosing him. I took him to Fort Walton Beach ER, where he was diagnosed and properly treated.
I started seeing Dr. Vilceus last year and have been exceptionally pleased. She takes time and listens. She has great bedside manner. She cares about her patients and it shows during the visit. Even her office staff is pleasant. In my experience that’s usually hard to find; usually, dry but professional is the best I’ve come across at other offices. Im glad I was able to find Dr. Vilceus and plan to have her as my doctor for many years to come.
Dr. Vilceus is, hands down, the best doctor I have ever seen. She is incredibly intelligent and up to date with her practice, as well as kind and personable. I can easily talk to her about anything and she never has a problem explaining things. She always makes you feel like you are her top priority. My only complaint is that she isn't my general doctor for everything!
