Whitney is amazing at TayCo. Promptly responded to questions, ran interference between all aspects of the job; installation, power grid hook up, approvals and obtaining appropriate credits from the power company once completed. She's the glue that holds the whole process together and makes solar a reality. Is it her job? Sure, but never once did it feel as though she was just doing her job - she went above and beyond in every single aspect. Outstanding communication and customer service.
TayCo installers are very good. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a good job. The customer service are excellent especially Mr. Yeraldo Hernandez who answered questions professionally and politely.
TayCo installed our Generac generator and showed up on time and finished when they said they would! Imagine that…a company that does what they promise to do at a fair price. It’s not a lost art folks. They are still out there.
