After an ER visit due to a diverticulitis flare up I called to make an appointment at Dr. Tayara's office. I called 10x to make an appointment but couldn't get a person on the phone. Finally spoke with someone only to be put on hold for 25 minutes and then hung up on. Finally got an appointment. He came to the doorway, told me to schedule an appointment for a colonoscopy and left. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The entire office smelled of tobacco smoke, there was a used dip pouch on the floor in the room we were put into and an active leak in the ceiling. Dr. Tayara was extremely rude and not only spoke to my sister like she was worthless but refused to allow me, as her advocate bc her medication makes her foggy and she specifically stated she wanted me to speak for her, to be able to speak. The office staff was very helpful. I have been dealing with an ongoing issue for quite some time and they got me in and got me scheduled for my follow up procedure much earlier than I expected. I am very grateful and impressed with my experience with this office.
