Appointments run smoothly and on time. I was first seen by an assistant, the technician from Medtronic and the doctor. Questions were answered in a timely manner and everybody was caring and courteous. The office is clean and the staff is knowledgeable. Very grateful to Dr. Glotzer for her life-saving care. I never expected to have an ICD so our initial meeting was in an emergency situation. Grateful for her expert medical care and reassurance. If I could give her more than five stars I would. She’s a wonderful physician.
