Haven't been here in years, but so glad we came. Popped in on a Wednesday night as thought it wouldn't be too busy, but there was already a nice gentle buzz with many tables occupied or reserved. We were seated (party of 2), nice atmosphere, low lighting. Good winner selection, speedy service. We ordered a bottle of wine, three mains and two types of rice, all delicious. Nicely sliced, very tasty, lovely for a Wednesday evening. We'll be coming back.
Although we were quite regular customers at this restaurant, I've had to lower my previous score because the prices have increased but the portion size has dramatically reduced, particularly the deserts. I was charged �9 for a desert that was less than 3 inches square, which is exhorbitant, plus the staff have changed and are not as friendly as before, so I think we'll be giving this place a miss for a while, which is a shame.
Went today. We got the green curry and pad Thai (both made vegan) and they were excellent. Rice could’ve been cooked a little less and as a bigger portion but the flavours of all the food was great!!
TOP QUALITY FOOD, AMAZING PRESENTATION AND ATMOSPHERE We went there as a family on a Sunday lunch. There were not many customers and I cannot fully explain why (maybe Sunday pub habits) as the food quality is exemplary, presentation is lovely and restaurant atmosphere is super relaxing. It is a great testimony of this country's excellent cooking culture. Do try it, you will spend a great moment.
