Tay River Health Centre doctors and staff deserve 5 stars. Friendly professional and efficient. Each member of the staff makes me feel that they care about my well-being. I find them pleasant and willing make adjustments in appointments on short notice. Dr. Last is the most knowledgeable caring and physician I have ever encountered.
This doctor's office is a joke I called Monday for an appointment they told me nothing available till Thursday. They told me to call back Wednesday morning to book for the Thursday appointment. I call back Wednesday instead of getting the appointment on Monday and the phones are turned off said I was calling outside of business hours the phones are turned off at 11:30 but I called at 10:30 so instead of giving me an appointment on Monday for Thursday I have to call on Wednesday and they don't answer the phone
impossible to deal with front staff. they seem to do everything they can to be non-accessable
I've been here many times since it first opened and have had nothing but great experiences with timing & care from all the staff, nurses and my doctor.
