They charge for parking, there's no need for that other then greed.
Yes a nice looking new building with all the trappings, but it still doesn't compensate for a lower standard of care than expected, based on my experiences over years with my Oh so obtuse doctor. It seems like the centre degraded over time into a less patient-focused and more profit-focused venture, (having been nickeled and dimed for those ancillary services).
