impossible to deal with front staff. they seem to do everything they can to be non-accessable
I've been here many times since it first opened and have had nothing but great experiences with timing & care from all the staff, nurses and my doctor.
So happy to have Dr. Li as my doctor. Accommodated me by scheduling a visit before the clinic opened. Professionalism and bedside manner has been top notch. Thank you Dr. Li!
Update May '25: On my latest visit, I made sure to arrive super early, waited in the parking lot for a while, then officially checked in 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Then 15 minutes passed. Then another five, ten, fifteen.. Finally, 19 minutes after my scheduled appointment, they called me back to see my doctor. So that's where it stands: "Rules for thee; not for me." That said, I'll restate that I really do like my doctor, and so does my family; it's just these reception-ish issues that drag the place down.
