My Mistake my blood pressure medication will run out in 7 days, I can’t get an appointment doctor is on vacation, the pay system of $30. Requires 21 days, tried by phone and online. What can I do for a medication refill?
Update- your response highlights my point exactly. The assumption that I as a client “take out my frustrations on the staff” is unjust. Never would I fault someone working for a poorly designed reception area, nor could I imagine being rude to anyone working in reception. My point is that the reception staff is seldom welcoming or even have as much as a smile… that again is likely the fault of the employer and job stressors, none the less, many people work high stress jobs and can be perfectly polite and sociable…. reception staff is a problem
A pleasant visit today with a new doctor at the Tay River Health Centre, in Perth Ontario. A beautiful new building, very modern, spacious, well organized, and on such a hot day, nice & cool! My doctor was great, she said something that gave me a new perspective on life/issues. I do miss Dr Taylor Ferrier, as he has been my doctor for some 10yrs. My issue is with the parking. I understand you don’t want the apartment people parking in your lot, but I paid for the extra services and believe my parking should be covered. This is not Ottawa, it’s just a small parking lot next to a retirement apartment. Please give back to your clients.
