We've used Lynne for an array of things now! Her team at TAY has things figured out! She knows the short term rental market in the area better than anyone. She's well connected and has been a God send on multiple occasions.
Unethical Host Practices I had a very disappointing experience with Tay Lifestyle Management. They requested that I cancel my reservation on Vrbo, citing a scheduling conflict (see owners reply below where she again changes the story). They offered an alternative unit but insisted I book through a competitor of Vrbo. As a Vrbo host myself, I value platform loyalty and had invested significantly in One Key Cash rewards, so I declined. Lynne and her team are well-connected, on top of it and full-service. I've been been impressed with their "above-and-beyond" work ethic and their attention to the details that matter. They do absolutely everything - from typical vacation rental management to concierge services for you or your guests, help with packing, staging, marketing your home with photos and video, whatever you need. She's connected to the best vendor partners and I know I can ask Lynne to help with just about anything and she has GOT IT.
