As a small compliance firm, I relish the customer service of TaxZerone. They have not only helped me through filing returns via their chat line, but have called me to answer further questions. The online platform is easy to use and their flexibility in making corrections is flawless. I would recommend their service and platform to any employer, large or small.
The online forms conformed perfectly with the forms I was e-filing. Audit and error detection helped me through the process. Final auditing against the IRS rules gives one confidence all is correct for final transmitting. These folks got it right!
I found TaxZerone on the IRS website when looking for 941 electronic filing solutions. It worked perfectly so I decided to use it for W2s and 1099s as well. Worked perfectly for this as well. I tried another service but it was nowhere near as user friendly. The chat support is extremely professional and helpful.
