I was extremely disappointed with tax preparer Sha Sha Freeman. She doesn't return calls to answer general questions regarding your taxes. She hasn't provided any returns after signing the forms, and when you call, text. She doesn't reply. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unreliable service. She's professional until you send her the money to provide a service. I have yet received a prepared tax return from her in person or via email. Wow!!!!!!!
Super legit. Extremely helpful!! Sonae gets the job DONE! I’ve been dealing with her for years and have never had an issue. Highly recommended!!!!!!
