This company is incompetent and not responsive. They filed my taxes wrong due to poor communication on their part. I reached out from may to get it corrected and didn’t get someone on the phone til October due to ‘working remotely’. I’ve been waiting over a week for a supervisor to help fix my taxes. Horrible company would never suggest anyone use them.
Let me just start off by saying I feel like family with tax pro. I've been with them for 10+years and they never disappointed yet now matter what I need there always there to help even when the tax season ends just would like to take this time to to thank Maurice and Chris for taking care of all my tax need and making me feel like family greatly appreciate you guys and thank tax pro
