I used to work at Taxperts. Truly evil people. About a month before the start of tax season, I made a contract with them to work for them for the roughly four months of tax season for a mediocre wage bc his office was close to Cal Poly where I was going to school and it was convenient. Then about three days before tax season was due to start and I had already comitted, Tom comes up and gives me some paper work indicating my wages had nearly been cut in half! OK, I thought. This business gives the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. I’ve worked several years in customer service so I like to think I have a high tolerance. This is my husband and I’s third year filing with Tom. We went the first year as a referral, we used to just do them ourselves on the internet. But after buying a house and other things, we needed the expertise of a professional. I do believe Tom knows what he’s doing as far as the material goes.
