Alicia King filed my taxes wrong and will not fix them. Left multiple messages and has never received call back. Been calling and even sent her messages through her portal since January 9th. It’s been 2 months and still no response. Her secretary Sandi is a liar and will only answer my call if I called from different phone numbers. When I did call from different numbers she lied and said they were working on it but could not produce documents. Business very unprofessional, Stay away!

If you would like to get charged more than the original quote you were given by this accountant, because more paperwork is requested to complete your taxes, with them saying it was because they had to re-open your file after their request— without any explanation that that would cost more—use this accountant. Upon speaking up about this, I was charged the original quote.
