I've been seeing Kelly for at least 20 years now and she's done an amazing job every time. While it hasn't been smooth sailing every time, I still give her a 5 because she will go above and beyond to help you. At the end of the day, we are all human.
Probably the worst professional service I've ever paid for. Karla took over 6 months and around 5-6 follow ups for a simple tax return which is still in draft mode for the '23 year. Went to another accountancy company that was able to give me the same service in 40 minutes and am likely going to use them to fix this insanely bad experience. Avoid.
Kelly is an amazing accountant. It is so easy, everything can be done via email so it is super convenient. Such a friendly professional service
