While my mother used his services for over 30 years without apparent issues, my experience with him was a disaster. I have been using tax masters of America for 20 years and my Dad has been using even longer. Great service and great people.
This guy is horrible. He forgot to submit my application on the last day even after following up for more than three weeks. He promised to do it on last day still he forgot. He gave me wrong estimate because of his mistake I had to pay interest in hundreds. Lastly he used the wrong SSN number when he submitted. Now I’m following up with him to rectify his mistake whereas I paid him premium than ever paid for any tax service
