i would leave a zero reciew if i couldI have been waiting a month for ******* at this firm to pay the $3,000 in *** fees on my account due to them taking my money but never filing my 2021 personal or business taxes, Their negligence began last year when **** didnt ask even one question when compiling my first year of taxes, and wouldnt return my calls when i started finding errors (Similar story to over a dozen other reviews of this firm on yelp, Etc.) Unless you are in need of the basic bookkeeping or tax filing DON'T use Mark Renburg. He hasn't the skills for anything slightly complicated. Not only that, he doesn't train phone calls or documents given to him to do the work he said was:just a slam dunk". He's blustery and completely disinterested in helping anyone solve problems. Talks about himself constantly... that should have been a red flash
