I had been using Taxology for years. In August 2014 I received a notice from the IRS concerning my 2012 return. As instructed, I forwarded everything to Roger. In November 2014 I received a second notice from the IRS for the same concern. Again this was all forwarded to Roger. In March 2015 I received a third notice and Roger assured me everything was fine. Then I received my 2014 income tax return; shorted by over $3000 because Roger never did anything about the letters from the IRS. Now he doesn't return my phone calls eit... read more
