Every year we used this "service" we received tax due notices at federal and state levels. We're STILL dealing with notices from 2020 and Keil and his team didn't respond to our inquiries for help for over a month this past Summer. What's the point of paying so called professionals if they can't even file correctly on your behalf? Would give zero stars if possible. Use TurboTax.
Called them to get filling fees. one of the owner Mr Dutt, asked really high fees. When i said i used to file at 1/3rd price, he got so rude that said you better file from them and hung up. Sir you are here for business, you better learn some etiquette. Never ever going here.
