Ordered a cab, could barely understand the dispatcher as the sound quality was worse than the average drive thru. Ordered and waited. They called to then tell us they couldn't pick us up as we weren't in their area. We are in Scarborough, which is a part of Toronto through. They then told us to use a different cab company! No wonder people prefer Uber/Lyft!
I'm sorry for being late but .... never had this experience before.....I think the person name was Mossom he was such an amazing personality very friendly kind and helpful thank u for traveling all the way from Toronto to kitchener😊 I know it wasn't part of ur job to bring my stuff all the way up in to my place but u did it out of ur kindness thank u so much keep up the good work 👏 🌟
