It's sad that you can really set the bar high for taxi services in Albany by just PICKING UP the phone. These guys answer their phone after one ring and always have someone to me within minutes. The dispatch is very professional. There was one time that they were slammed and couldn't pick me up, but at least they were apologetic and gave me a number to a competitor... In my opinion, that gets you serious points. I'm exited for their app and will be definitely be downloading it.
Was up in Albany for a business meeting during the week and I used Fast Taxi to get around from my hotel to meetings. Service was great, on time and very friendly. Cabs were very clean too. Definitely recommend using them!
