Ark was amazing. He helped us get to the Beyonce concert two nights in a row. The second night was at the last minute. He is a gentlemen and he made sure we were safe and comfortable. I recommend him highly.
I am a corporate travel agent and called to get a quote for my clients. On first call, I thought I was just disconnected so I called back. An angry gentleman advised me not to waste his time and hung up on me. I do not recommend them, please use a more professional vendor.
