I called tax fit since the first week of January to set an appointment. They scheduled all the way on Marcy 10th at 1pm. At 1:30pm on the 10th I still didn’t receive a call from their office. I called them and was told “sorry. We’re busy and will call asap. They called an hr later, 2 hours late for our appointment. At the end of the service I was told I’d receive documents for me to sign but no such documents were ever sent. I’ve been calling and texting multiple times per day since the 10th.
