“0” would be more appropriate. We’ve been denied our rightful refunds because of their mess up. More so, they are not doing anything about it. This firm is inept. Avoid at all costs!
Mallory is both negligent and irresponsible. Do NOT trust him with your taxes. He’s happy to take your $300-1000 to fill out your taxes, but as soon as the IRS asks questions he’s on a two month “vacation” or “busy”. You heard it here first folks- this guy takes on way too many clients, charges them all a crazy amount to file taxes, and then jets off for the rest of the year, seemingly.
