I submitted my tax documents to this office on March 31st and received confirmation shortly after that they were received. A few days later, I reached out with some questions and got prompt responses, which I appreciated. I was then told additional documents were needed, which I submitted, and on April 7th, I was notified that everything had been received. After looking through the reviews, I'm glad I'm not the only one I thought I was the only one that would being treated this way. Mashonda has been doing my taxes since 2019. The first couple years were great with communication but this last year. It's been tough to get in contact with her. My mom referred me and my mom has going to her since before 2010. I don't appreciate this service and I would like to take my service somewhere else, but it's hard to even get in contact with her to get my tax returns from her. I've never ... read more

I have been using taxes r us since 2015 and always had great service. However, the past 3 years have been disappointing. I have been unable to get ahold of anyone by phone or email and my taxes have not been filed for the past 2yrs not even the extension that was promised for last year. I’ve called numerous times to get my information just to be ignored. Really disappointed, seeing as how I’ve been working with Morshanda and sent numerous referrals to her, for year.
