Wish I could give him 1 star. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe him. He expected me to be the tax expert. He actually became very angry whenever I asked him simple questions on what was qualifying deductions. He botched up my US & Canadian returns. Went radio silent on me. Wouldn't return any calls. Finally I got a letter in the mail that said if I contacted him again he would press charges and file a restraining order?? 🤣. I had to pay another firm $1000 to fix my returns for that year. Russ has been infinitely helpful with navigating complicated tax laws and the CRA. He's very knowledgeable and kind. He takes his time at every appointment, asks the right questions and is very organized. I love Russ and I wouldn't trust anyone else.
