I had a terrible experience with another tax preparer in 2021 & had to respond to a letter from the IRS. I was PANICKED as the tax preparer I had used for many years would NOT help me or even return my calls! My trusted friend, a prominent Realtor, referred me to EILEEN JACOBS. If I could give zero starts I would. I had a horrible experience with Ph.D. Taxes (Judy and Irene – the owner) as my tax accountant. Despite providing them with all the necessary documents and information on time, they failed to help us file, resulting in a penalty(s) from the IRS. When my wife tried to contact them for assistance, they were unresponsive and did not seem to care about the situation.
