The Broadview Heights location "forgot" to submit my 2021 taxes. Don't worry, they got paid and so did the State and the Federal Government. I got notification from the IRS and State Dept that we owed. The only thing Tax Check did was mail in our tax forms, 2 years later. Further, I was told to reach out if the filing wasn't showing up in the IRS account, which it wasn't, so I did, and I was advised to check again. They offered no help, no compensation, no guidance on THEIR error. Never again. My taxes from 2021 still aren't... read more
