I recently had a challenge with business paperwork I had filed long ago, but didn't realize it contained errors and was rejected. It appeared I could fix those errors and retransmit the paperwork, which in fact was not possible. I called Support and had a wonderful experience with a person who clearly understood my situation, explained the process and what was needed from me and was persistent in making sure I knew the status of the request. This is my first year with Tax Bandits. I am using their payroll feature. The price is good. But you cannot rely on them filing or paying on your behalf. I have 2 businesses where they submit all the forms and payments on my behalf. Business 1 - Forms were submitted but payment for the state was not equal to the amount on the form. It was short. I had to make a payment online so that there won't be penalties and interest. Business 2 - I received an email on the 15th of the month that they will be withdrawing the payment from... read more

Do not use the payroll service! They do not file forms even when they've emailed that it is done, and you can never reach a live agent - they are all bots. I will be getting a refund for every penny I spent as I cannot file an amended form without access to the original.

I had to e-file a single 1099 for my company. As a first time user the application took a bit of time to get right but worked without a glitch. Price is right. Live agent chat within a couple of minutes answered a question better than the AI option. And...a real and quite friendly person called me back within 1 business day to inquire further about some feedback I left on their user survey.

The experience was the worst, Shakira is the worst customer service agent I ever talked to, she was rude and didn't wanted to help, probably hates working there. I do not recommend this website at all.
