This is a great group of people and a great company. Everyone at this company is extremely helpful and efficient. The software is easy to use, reliable and affordable. I would definitely recommend this company for various tax filings.
If you are new to IRS Form 941, 940, W-2, and all employment related filing, TaxBandits is excellent and user friendly. You don't have to know a lot of tax filing. The system will guide you to the process. For small companies, it is a perfect platform. I fill my quarterly forms in a few clicks. Thanks TaxBandits. Hopefully you will do more with other tax forms in the future!
Had a wonderful experience with technical help on the chat function of tax990 today. Ben was able to both diagnose the issue and clearly explain how to fix it for a non=IT savvy guy like me!
Horrible. I was not ever able to access my tax form because my account was blocked from the beginning. I called to support and they me that it is impossible unblock my account.
Submitted 16 Form 1099-NEC on 1/20/25. The status on their platform indicated these were mailed out the next day. It is now March and recipients have not verified receipt of their 1099s. I do not recommend this provider. Owner: before you tell me to reach out to your customer support, please know I have already done that, including providing multiple pieces of correspondence from recipients (evidence) that 1099s were not received.
