Horrible. I was not ever able to access my tax form because my account was blocked from the beginning. I called to support and they me that it is impossible unblock my account.
Submitted 16 Form 1099-NEC on 1/20/25. The status on their platform indicated these were mailed out the next day. It is now March and recipients have not verified receipt of their 1099s. I do not recommend this provider. Owner: before you tell me to reach out to your customer support, please know I have already done that, including providing multiple pieces of correspondence from recipients (evidence) that 1099s were not received.
I have been with TaxBandits for several years and was very happy with the service offered and provided. I often referred several of my small businesses to them because of the ease, affordable service, and once great customer service. I chose the mailing option for my company's 1099s for 2024, due to be mailed Jan 20. Its been 6 weeks and no one has received their 1099! They offered the online version, for a fee.
