What more can you ask for? ridiculously inexpensive, great ui on their website to allow one to actually find what they are looking for vs having things hidden in menus, awesome real and ai support. Highest recommendation.
why is it taking so long to file forms with you? Sent out my forms since Jan 27th no confirmation or anything from SSA what could be the problem?
This is a great group of people and a great company. Everyone at this company is extremely helpful and efficient. The software is easy to use, reliable and affordable. I started using Tax Bandit from last year. In there pricing model they say that they charge $2.75 for 1st 10 forms and reduces to $1.75. But they never tell you that either you have file all the at the same time or need to buy credits to get the discount. I complained and they promised to give me a credit which they never did. This year I bought the credit but now they are charging more again.
