I had to e-file a single 1099 for my company. As a first time user the application took a bit of time to get right but worked without a glitch. Price is right. Live agent chat within a couple of minutes answered a question better than the AI option. And...a real and quite friendly person called me back within 1 business day to inquire further about some feedback I left on their user survey.
The experience was the worst, Shakira is the worst customer service agent I ever talked to, she was rude and didn't wanted to help, probably hates working there. I do not recommend this website at all.
Used TaxBandits for the first time to e-file an extension. Easy, painless process. Cost was $19.95, and IRS accepted form within 24 hrs. Highly recommended. If you want to just prepare and print/ mail your form, that is free. But with the current USPS mess, there is no guarantee that the IRS will get your form, or process it. TaxBandit sends a confirmation from IRS that it was received and accepted. The IRS suggests e-file-- seems even they have no confidence in US Mail!
What more can you ask for? ridiculously inexpensive, great ui on their website to allow one to actually find what they are looking for vs having things hidden in menus, awesome real and ai support. Highest recommendation.
why is it taking so long to file forms with you? Sent out my forms since Jan 27th no confirmation or anything from SSA what could be the problem?
