I bought a new Taxa TigerMoth from this company. It was delivered without the 2 door screens that I paid for as part of the soft package. Additionally, the propane door latch/lock wasn't functioning, so I reached out to my local dealer. He contacted Taxa who told him they're sending these items out OVER 8 MONTHS ago. We've received nothing! This is NOT a reputable company and customer service is horrible.
Buyer beware they have gone under……. You try to call or email anyone and compete radio silence. Definitely regret buying one.
Over 150 days for minor parts on a brand new 2025 trailer I would have never bought from this company if I new the support was going to be this unavailable.i have reached out almost daily to Chris and received nothing but misinformation on time lines and selective responses. I do not recommend any purchases from taxa. Update march 17 2025 after 170 days they have decided to send me used locks pulled off of another trailer as a “solution” that I will need to install truly on brand for taxa.

Taxa is no longer at this location. The equipment company that is located here now has no idea where they are. Don't bother driving over here.
